In November, the Standing Committee appointed three committees (Bishop Search, Transition, and Consecration) to lead the bishop search process. By February, all members of the Search, Transition, and Consecration committees had been announced.

The next step in our process is to publish the diocesan profile and accept nominations for Bishop. Once nominations close, our bishop search committee will screen and interview candidates for consideration.

Once our slate of candidates is announced, the ninth Bishop of The Diocese of West Missouri will be voted on at our next Annual Convention happening this November.
